Within 2–5 business days, you receive a fully itemised breakdown. No estimates — every cost is listed. You'll also receive a basic layout drawing. Quote valid for 30 days, no pressure.
Review the quote and layout at your own pace. Ask any questions — we're happy to explain every line item. Once you're satisfied, sign the acceptance and we move forward.
50% deposit payment secures your materials and reserves your installation dates. We place orders with our suppliers immediately — typical delivery is 1–2 weeks.
Our skilled team arrives on the scheduled date. We work professionally, maintain a clean site with daily cleanup, and keep you updated throughout. The 40% progress payment is due on commencement.
Inspect the completed work together. Any adjustments are raised and resolved before you sign off. Final 10% payment due on completion. We don't disappear — we're here if you ever need us.
